The photo must show full body of the subjects standing or sitting (just like the sample) in great lighting for the best outcome. If this is for more than 1 pet, the pose of the pets must all be alike so that it looks good when combined together.

Please take note that all of our products are made-to-order. On the average production takes 5 - 8 business days to handcraft your orders before we are able to ship it out. Peak season (public holidays) may delay it further, otherwise you can expect this shipping times below.

Shipping to United States: 3 - 6 business days
Shipping to international: 7 - 14 business days.
For Shoes & Blankets:
Production Time: 5-7 Days
EMS Countries Delivery Time Estimates: 10-25 Days (EMS With Destination Tracking)
