So you just want your pet illustration in digital format? We can provide that for you NO PROBLEM!
PROCESS:
- Upload your pet photo. Ensure you follow Photo Guide. (Only one pet per order. All pets/animals or even human are welcome)
- Complete purchase and payment.
- Our artist will work on the artwork and send you an email within 1 - 2 business days.
- Once approved, we will send an email with link to download the files.
FILE FORMAT:
- Our file format will be provided in PSD, TIFF, PNG (with transparent background) and JPEG format.
- Resolution: 300 dpi RGB color
- Size 5000 x 5000px
And if you ever decide you would like to purchase an item on our store and apply your pet portrait we have created, you will only need to buy non custom product. You must tell us your previous order number for us to qualify you with this. Contact us if you need this.
