For this particular design, it can fit up to 2 pet's face (Although we recommend 1 face per shoes). Our artist will work on best layout for you.
Check Photo Guide to know what pictures that work. Bottomline is the face must be clear, unobstructed, un-cropped, and in great bright lighting.
You can let us know what you would like to include in the it (for e.g names, quote or any wording - Optional).

PROCESS:
- Once payment is made, our artist will start working on your order and we will send you artwork proof in 1-2 business days
- Once proof is approved, we will send for production.
- Production is between 5-7 business days, then ready to ship from our facility.
- Estimated Shipping time is 2 - 4 weeks.

For orders above $100, shipping to US destination is FREE!
Please take note that all of our products are made-to-order. On the average production takes 5 - 8 business days to handcraft your orders before we are able to ship it out. Peak season (public holidays) may delay it further, otherwise you can expect this shipping times below.
For most products:
Shipping to United States: 3 - 6 business days
Shipping to international: 7 - 14 business days.
For Shoes & Blankets:
Production Time: 5-7 Days
EMS Countries Delivery Time Estimates: 10-25 Days (EMS With Destination Tracking)
Other International Delivery Time Estimates: 2-4 Weeks (China Post Does Not Include Final Destination Tracking)
