For this particular design, it can fit up to 2 pets although we highly recommend just 1 pet. The pet can be only just half body (full face up to torso) or full body sitting, standing or laying down with face looking up and must be in great lighting for the best outcome. Our artist will work on best layout for you.

- Once payment is made, we will send you artwork proof in 1-2 business days
- Once proof is approved, we will send for production.

Please take note that all of our products are made-to-order. On the average production takes 5 - 8 business days to handcraft your orders before we are able to ship it out. Peak season (public holidays) may delay it further, otherwise you can expect this shipping times below.
For most products:
Shipping to United States: 3 - 6 business days
Shipping to international: 7 - 14 business days.
For Shoes & Blankets:

EMS Countries Delivery Time Estimates: 10-25 Days (EMS With Destination Tracking)
